Sitting Volleyball
Sitting Volleyball is a fast and exciting version of the standing game.
It can be played by absolutely anyone, whether disabled or not.
Sitting is truly inclusive, so regardless of gender, age or ability as long as a player is able to sit unaided on the floor and can track a moving ball through the air.. You are in!
