About Club Administrator

Purpose

To facilitate the effective operation of the football club by providing administrative support to the committee and club officers.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and record finance transactions in line with Club policy and procedure

Ordering and recording of Club kit and other purchases

Administer use of Club vehicles in line with Club policy

Audit of club equipment

Manage rota for Clubhouse staff

Produce and promote club media and advertising

Complete stock checks on Clubhouse consumables

Other administrative duties as required

Liaison with external stakeholders, customers and suppliers

Preparation of reports for consideration be Club committee

Essential Skills & Competencies

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Computer literate utilising office software, excel, word etc

Ability to utilise social media channels, completing posts, creating events and responding to messages

Work accurately without supervision

Good levels of numeracy and literacy
