Fitness Instructor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well organised Fitness Instructor. You will need to hold a recognised fitness instructing qualification, ideally at a Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer, and have experience of delivering both individual and group consultations and training sessions in a fitness environment. In addition to new member inductions, fitness assessments and exercise programming, duties may include delivering strength and conditioning sessions to a number of sports clubs, assisting with membership enquiries, enrolling new members, processing bookings and payments and staffing the Fitness Suite reception desks when necessary.

About Fitness Instructor

You will also be expected to undertake regular equipment maintenance and cleaning duties, report faults and ensure the fitness suite is safe, friendly and welcoming for our customers. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will build a rapport with fitness suite memberskeeping them motivated and keen to keep up their exercise regime. You must be reliable and conscientious with great communication, organisational skills and good team work. In addition, you'll need a flexible approach to work, as the position does involve regular evening and weekend working.
