Funding to help communities move towards recovery after Coronavirus

Registered charities, voluntary and community organisations, CICs, and social enterprises can apply for grants of between £20,000 and £50,000 to help communities transition from the immediate Covid-19 crisis towards recovery and renewal.

The National Lottery Community Fund have launched a £1 million Emerging Futures Fund to help organisations look at how things are changing, what is needed in this transition, and what is possible in the future. Due to social distancing rules it is expected that a lot of projects will take place online. Consideration must be given to people who are digitally excluded, or need support with their digital capabilities.

Funding can be used for costs such as staff salaries, project activities, running costs, and equipment. The deadline for applications is 5pm on the 25th June 2020.
