A new £10 million fund has been set up in response to ongoing concern about COVID-19's economic impact on the charity sector.
The Charity Survival Fund will provide core funding to help UK registered charities offset lost income in the current financial year.
The fund is particularly aimed at supporting small and medium-sized charities with an annual income below £5 million. Grants on offer will range from £1,000 to £250,000, with the aim of supporting approximately 200 charities across the country.
The fund is open to charities that have a beneficial area within the UK and actively operate across one of the three main areas prioritised by the trust - health and wellbeing, welfare and education, and arts and culture.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Monday 27 July 2020.
