For one day only, we’re creating a fun and accessible traffic-free route through the streets of cities up and down the country. HSBC UK Let’s Ride events are festivals of cycling for everyone to enjoy. The event is expected to attract over 4000 visitors and is urgently requiring the support of volunteers to make it happen.
We’re looking for volunteers to help out in a number of key roles – could you be one of them?
What do we require?
We are seeking individuals who share our vision of providing high-quality physical activity experiences for all young people, who can assist our core team in the delivery of a variety of sport and physical activity events and activities. Available tasks include:
- Event organisation
- Refereeing & officiating
- Coaching & team management
- Additional roles and experiences as agreed

We run Wrestling Shows around Derby to provide opportunity, for local people to perform on and to raise income to help fund our community centre. We need a person or a group of people to help us to promote these events professionally to raise both income and interest from the shows and to ensure that they are financially sustainable.

This is a great opportunity to volunteer in a friendly, person-centred team providing leisure and social activities for people with learning disabilities and their families.
Royal Sutton Coldfield Athletics Club on Wyndley Lane, Sutton Coldfield are recruiting volunteers to support the delivery of club activity on a regular basis.
Streetly HC is a friendly family based club in North Birmingham, providing hockey for people of all ages and abilities. We have a thriving Junior section which is offered training on Wednesday evenings and playing opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking for volunteer coaches to help us provide training on Saturday mornings. We are a very forward thinking club with a thriving social side, with fellow players, parents and coaches! The Premier League Charitable Fund are hosting a Kicks cup at Warwick University on Monday the 8th of April.
They are looking for volunteers to help out with the day. A range of roles are available including; pitch managers, club liaison, festival area volunteer etc.
Volunteers will receive a premier league rain jacket, goodie bag, refreshments for the day and the opportunity to add a Premier League event to their CV. However, they are unable to pay travel expenses.
Volunteers require a DBS and a safeguarding qualification.

Hawks FC are a FA Chartered Standard Club based at Kettering Cricket Club. We intend to set up a new starter team and are looking for a Young Coach. You need FA Qualifications and be DBS cleared. Ideally you are an FA Licensed Coach & prepared to undertake FA Youth Modules. We can offer you football at one of the nicest grounds in the area and become part of a set up that has strong values & believes in making a difference to children lives . We believe in long term development of the children.
We are looking for some new volunteer coaches to help with our 2019 Plans as we are increasing the number of ages groups at our club.
If you are keen to help we are looking for support in our younger age teams or new girls section.
We are happy to support young coaches , female coaches or those making a start of the coaching ladder.
Our club is great place and totally focussed on child development. We are based in Kettering.
Montgomery Primary Academy are looking for volunteers to help deliver after school clubs. The school is happy for volunteers to shadow teachers to begin with and progress to taking the lead or using it as a shadowing / coaching opportunity throughout.

There are a variety of roles for volunteers across the event weekend and everyone is guaranteed to have an amazing time!

We are holding a Refill action day in Birmingham on Tuesday 19th March and we would love to have as many volunteers join us on the day as possible! Refill is a fantastic campaign which aims to reduce single-use plastic usage by making it easy, social and rewarding to refill your reusable water bottle.
